My name is Osbert Mubangizi, and I was born on 28th July 2001. I grew up in Rubindi town in Mbarara, where my passion for serving others and fostering spiritual growth began. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to uplifting individuals and communities through meaningful initiatives and leadership.

As the Programs Coordinator for Mbarara, I am honored to be part of Loving Light and Life Ministries. My role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing programs that reflect our mission of spreading love, light, and life to all. Through workshops, study sessions, and community outreach, I strive to create impactful experiences that inspire personal and collective growth.

With a heart for service and a commitment to advancing our vision, I work diligently to ensure that the ministry’s efforts in Mbarara align with our values of truth, beauty, and goodness. My focus has always been on empowering individuals, building community connections, and fostering spiritual transformation. It is my joy and privilege to contribute to this incredible mission.
